Captain of Rescue Courtney Meester Captain of Rescue shall be in charge of patient care at all scenes, overseeing and operations of the Rescue Squad, and reporting to the Chief of the Company. Captain of Rescue shall define the responsibilities of the other officers of the Rescue Squad. Captain of Rescue will work with the Chief and/or Incident Commander to maintain the highest level of patient care at all times.
